For LeBron James and Nike appearing to be the best player in the world is more important than actually being the best player in the world.  Monday, when Xavier’s Jordan Crawford dunked on Prince James at his skills camp, James ordered his Nike goons to confiscate the video evidence from a photographer that had filmed LeBron being poseterized. This fits with James’ MO as advertising himself as something he is not.  Maybe if he starts wearing Kobe’s #24 instead of Michael’s #23, he could pretend to be a champion too.
