The NBA decided that Ben Wallace “directed the ball toward LeBron James” thereby nullifying a rebound credited to James and taking away his triple-double last week against New York.  At least we know someone in the NBA’s office is doing his job.  I hope they now go back and re-credit Ben with a rebound for every time he “redirected” a missed shot; by my unofficial count that would give him 14211 rebounds for his career.  It’s funny that they would change this one and not others.  Any chance the person who reviews these stats is a Lakers fan?
